Refund Policy

Easymora’s refund policy is designed to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. You have 21 days from the date of receiving your package to contact us and request an exchange or refund if necessary.

1. Refund Conditions

   – Refund request timeframe: Requests must be made within 21 days from the date of receipt.

   – Product condition: All products that are defective, delivered more than 3 days late, or have different sizes/colors than ordered due to our error are eligible for a refund instead of an exchange, if you request it.

2. Refund and Return Process

   – Approval request: Please do not send products back to the address on the packaging or the manufacturer’s address. You need to email Easymora’s customer service department to receive the return address appropriate for your area.

   – Return timeframe: Once your return request is approved, all packages must be sent back within 7 days. Otherwise, the request will be no longer valid.

3. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

   – If you have not received your refund, please take the following steps:

      1. Check your bank account.

      2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

      3. Continue to check with your bank to confirm the processing time.

   – If you have completed all the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@easymora.com.

4. Shipping Fees

   – Shipping costs: You will be responsible for covering the shipping fees when returning the product. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

   – Deducted shipping fees: In the case of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Return Shipping Instructions

   – To find out the return address, please contact us via the Contact tab on the website.

   – High-value shipping fees: If the returned product is valued over 1,800,000 VND, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Easymora does not guarantee the receipt of your returned product.
